YK LAW LLP has announced that Of Counsel Jason Zhou has joined the firm’s branch in New York.
Mr. Zhou practices corporate law with more than 10 years of practice experience. His practice areas include U.S. securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Mr. Zhou has represented numerous U.S. and foreign companies on public and private offerings, as well as advising such companies on M&A transactions and regulatory inquiries. His clients consist of diverse companies, including luxury retailers, real estate mortgage companies, and mining companies. In addition, Mr. Zhou has extensive experience advising technology companies on corporate issues, in particular those in the blockchain/cryptocurrency sector.
Jason Zhou received his JD from The University of Chicago and his BA from Yale College. He is admitted to practice law in New York State. Prior to joining YK Law, Mr. Zhou was a partner in a top-tier international law firm. Before that, Mr. Zhou had successively practiced in the New York office and London office of two other top-tier law firms.
