Biography
Vaishali Chaudhuri is an Immigration paralegal at YK Law LLP and works under YK Partner Pankaj Malik.
Vaishali works on all types of visas – Family based like I-130s, I-485s, and Employment based like H-1B, PERM, I-140s, E visas amongst others. She also assists in Asylum filing, Motion to Reopen to the Immigration Court, BIA and Court of Appeals.
Vaishali has been working as an Immigration paralegal since 2004. Over the years Vaishali has worked in various renowned law firms in New York City which has helped to grow her skills in various departments of immigration. She joined Ms. Malik in 2017.
