Biography
Mr. Robinson has an extensive network of strategic partnerships throughout Latin America. Formerly with Greenberg Traurig LLP in the Federal Regulatory & Administrative Law Practice Group, Mr. Robinson advises manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements, natural health products, products containing CBD oils, conventional foods, and beverages regarding regulatory, corporate, and intellectual property matters. With a focus on international trade, Mr. Robinson advises clients on the regulatory requirements and strategic corporate considerations that affect the importation, exportation, and distribution of consumer-packaged goods, including advice regarding the laws and regulations that govern advertising materials and related efforts to generate sales in Latin America and the USA. He has wide-ranging experience supporting companies doing business in Central and South America, especially U.S. and European manufacturers seeking to execute regional sales and distribution strategies in Latin America through the Republic of Panama. A JD/MBA/MPP from the University of Virginia and Harvard University, Mr. Robinson is a dual citizen of the Republic of Panama and the USA, and he speaks Spanish with native fluency and Portuguese with professional fluency.
