Jason Zhou is of counsel at YK Law LLP.

Mr. Zhou practices principally in the areas of U.S. securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr. Zhou also has extensive experience advising technology companies on corporate issues, in particular those in the blockchain / cryptocurrency sector.

Prior to joining YK Law, Mr. Zhou practiced corporate law at several prominent law firms in New York and in London.
