Kevin is Of-Counsel in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York offices. He has over 30 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of legal matters.  His main areas of practice include corporate, securities, intellectual property, litigation, and entertainment.

He has represented over 100 start-up companies, and has negotiated and prepared all of their necessary contracts, including independent contractor agreements, employment agreements, stock transfer agreements, licensing agreements, trademarks, copyrights, non-disclosure agreements, LLC operating agreements, and corporate formation documents.

He has represented dozens of companies in their public and private offerings of securities, primarily in the consumer products and natural resources industries.  He has also represented numerous stage and TV performers in contract matters.

  • Successfully represented disabled clients at 22 Federal Administrative Appellate Hearings (trials) in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
