[Matrimonial matters are highly confidential. They can be protracted and emotionally grueling for clients. As such, any identifying characteristics of clients or opposing sides are omitted from case descriptions.]

  • Represented client where opposing spouse had established numerous undisclosed offshore financial accounts, using fabricated social security numbers. After the accounts were identified by the Internal Revenue Service, I protected the client against all tax liability and recovered considerable assets for equitable distribution.
  • Represented client whose spouse had both tangible and intangible assets of extensive value. I convinced opposing counsel to settle favorably to my client, rather than to expose the high-asset spouse to governmental, shareholder and public scrutiny.
  • Represented well-known sports figure in prenuptial agreement providing for equitable distribution, support and additional expenses in the event of divorce or separation.
  • Represented client in post-divorce custody litigation where ex-spouse manipulated and falsified media in order to deny my client any access to the parties’ minor children. After full trial on the merits, court awarded sole custody to my client.
  • Represented client in relocation case where client’s new spouse held unique position in privately-held corporation located fifteen hundred miles from New York State. Following trial, court awarded sole custody to my client.
  • Represented inventor and entrepreneur in post-marital litigation involving modification of vaguely-worded separation agreement, seeking to limit ex-spouse’s interest in increased value of intellectual property. Hearing led to settlement terms advantageous to my client.
