Biography

Ayodele Dayisi is a partner at YK Law LLP.

Ms. Dayisi practices principally in the areas of immigration, corporate and international law, with emphasis on joint venture transactions, litigation, commercial negotiations, dispute resolution, and entertainment law matters. Ms. Dayisi was raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where she continues to practice, and has amassed extensive experience in Nigeria-U.S. cross-border transactions. In addition to handling transactions in and regarding the U.S and Nigeria, Ms. Dayisi has represented clients with business interests and matters in Australia, Ghana, Romania and UK, among others.

  • Represented Falcon Universal Oil and Gas LLC, a Washington DC organization, in the expansion of its operations to the U.S from Nigeria, including assistance with acquisition of Corporate Assets in the U.S.
  • Represented Falcon Universal Oil and Gas LLC in its U.S business immigration petitions for transfer of its Management Executives from Nigeria to the U.S, in L Visa category, to start the New Office in Washington DC.
  • Represented SQIM, a leading Data engineering company in Africa, advising on its Joint Venture with technical partners in Bucharest in which they provided information management consultancy to an agency of the Nigerian Government.
  • Represented The LILAC Project, in the establishment of a multiplatform Art and Culture Foundation providing support services for emerging Artists in Africa.
  • Represented PR Africa NG, a 33-year-old Public Relations Company recognized for organizing the first and largest open air concert in Africa, in transactions with international mass media companies and record labels, for world-wide rights to develop, market and distribute its multimedia content.
